Whether you’re single, dating or in a relationship, the work begins in the same place with you. Understand the patterns shaping the way you love, release what you’ve been carrying, and learn to meet another without leaving yourself behind.
pure.LOVE is a deeply personal 1:1 mentorship for men and women ready to move beyond surface-level dating advice and understand the deeper patterns shaping the way they experience love.
The journey moves through five movements, beginning with the relationship you have with yourself and culminating in energy, devotion and embodiment.
Before we examine your relationships with other people, we examine the relationship underneath all of them: the one you have with yourself. We begin with self-intimacy, honest self-witnessing and understanding the patterns currently shaping your relationships.
Your relationship doesn’t begin when you meet another person. It begins with the person you bring into the room.

For more than 20 years, my work has placed me in one of the most intimate spaces there is one-on-one with people.
As the founder of moonmane, my low-tox hair and healing salon in Paddington, I’ve spent years behind the chair having the conversations people don’t always have anywhere else.
Love. Heartbreak. Marriage. Sex. Desire. Self-worth. The relationships we stay in. The ones we can’t forget and the patterns we swear we’ll never repeat, until we do.
After thousands of conversations with women, I realised I didn’t want to keep hearing only one side of the story.
So I started asking men.
I’ve now had hundreds of conversations with men about love, women, attraction, commitment, polarity, heartbreak, safety, sex and devotion. Not conversations designed to prove women right. Or men wrong.
Conversations designed to understand both.
Then because the template doesn’t have room for the entire About section, I’d finish with:
My work brings together those conversations with training in subconscious transformation and energy work and my own lived experience of love, dating, heartbreak, healing and becoming.
Lady in Red is about changing the conversation between men and women from confusion and conflict to understanding, connection, polarity and devotion.
